OPTION DISC is the bonus add-on made to pair with DISC TYPE – ONE.

Set on the upper “disc” top plate for a fit like setting an album on a turn table, complete with different materials and color options that you can pick and choose.

Aligned with the regenerative effort of restoring our environment, OPTION DISC is made with ocean plastics like discarded buoys and sea floats as a base material. Parsed by hand for color, each piece is cleaned and finely ground via an all-original machinery and process for a new plate material that’s completely reborn.

Each and every plate has a tangible record, feel and depth that only comes from the long story of its source material. Paired and packed with a one-of-a-kind jacket design of recycled paper, peer into the elements of expression that seem to sing with the voice of the ocean.

Features a unique finish on each side so you can “play” it like an album. Simply pick and choose the side that resonates with your feel and mood that day.

Goods are made with recycled materials, meaning each piece may have a slightly different coloration or blend. Please note before purchasing that you may also find small irregularities, chips or warping.

ディスクと呼ばれる天板の上面部へセットすることで、お気に入りのレコードをターンテーブルへ載せるように、好きな盤面を選んで素材や色の組み合わせを楽しむことができます。

地球環境の再生に微力でも貢献できる素材として、海洋プラスチックを用いて製作された OPTION DISC は、海に廃棄された漁具（ブイ / 浮き玉）などを原料として回収し、人の手によって色ごとに分類してからキレイに洗浄され、細かく粉砕した後に特殊な機械と技術によって、新たな板材へと生まれ変わった製品です。

１枚ごとに異なる盤面からは、長い旅路を経た素材にしか出せない味わい深さを感じると共に、再生紙で製作された唯一無二のジャケットデザインからも、海の音や声が聞こえてくるような表現と要素を垣間見ることができます。

仕上げは片面ずつ異なりますので、その日の気分や好みに合わせてレコードを聴くように、自由に盤面を選んでご使用ください。

再生材の特性上、製品ごとに素材の混じり方や色合いは少しずつ異なり、小さな凹凸と欠けや反りが一部あるなどの個体差が生じますので、ご理解の上でお買い求めください。
